Information you provide
When you contact us through our Connect page, by email or on LinkedIn, we receive the name and email address you give us, together with any organisation, message and CV you choose to include. A CV may contain employment history, qualifications and other personal information you have put in it. We collect nothing else: we do not track visitors around this website and we do not buy information about people from anywhere.
How information is used
We use contact information to reply to your enquiry. If you are exploring your next career move, we use it to stay in contact with you about relevant opportunities, and only opportunities we believe are genuinely relevant to you. We build our relationships on quality and relevance, not volume. If you would rather we didn't contact you again, say so and we will stop.
Who information is shared with
It stays with us. Enquiries and CVs are stored privately and are not made publicly available, sold, or passed to anyone else for marketing. We do not automatically add contact details to our recruitment systems or share them with clients. That only happens once we have engaged with you and confirmed we can help, and always as part of a recruitment process we have discussed with you first.
How long information is kept
For as long as we are in contact about relevant opportunities, and you can ask us to delete at any time. When you ask us to delete your details, we remove them, including your CV, promptly.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not run analytics. We set no cookies of our own, and the website loads everything, including its fonts, from its own servers, so your visits are not shared with third-party services.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing connect@intelligenttalent.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
